Founded by Pierluc, a seasoned entrepreneur, Nouveau Standard quickly established itself as a reference through an approach that innovates and redefines the codes of event catering.

Professional, passionate, and dedicated, they are the driving force behind every event. Our kitchen brigade, orchestrated by our Executive Chefs, works tirelessly to create memorable dishes. Simultaneously, our service and logistics teams guarantee smooth execution and warm hospitality, ensuring every client experiences something exceptional.

  • Pierluc embodies the vision and strategic direction of Nouveau Standard. With over 20 years of experience in the food service and event industry, he has owned several recognized establishments (restaurants, bars, and franchises). His solid background in business administration and management allows him to ensure a company strategy that is both visionary and highly effective.

  • Kevin is our digital expert, with 10 years of IT experience, specifically for food service and SMEs. He's the architect of our digital ecosystem. His mission is to integrate technologies to develop, strengthen, and secure all our business processes. Kevin is also responsible for defining and evolving our digital strategy, ensuring Nouveau Standard always has the best tools to move forward.

  • Yannick enriches our creations with his international expertise. His career, forged in restaurants in Montreal, British Columbia, and Australia, is complemented by inspiration gleaned from his travels to Japan, Thailand, and the American West Coast. This unique experience makes each dish a true signature, innovative and bold. He leads the entire brigade, designs our signature menus, and guarantees the culinary excellence of each service.

  • Théo is a true expert in Montreal gastronomy. He brings mastery of the classics while constantly staying on top of new culinary trends. His main mission is to lead the brigade, design menus, and ensure the excellence of the dishes we serve. His creative and local approach ensures a menu that's always fresh, surprising, and aligned with the evolution of the food scene.

  • With 20 years of experience in food service and events, Chani ensures everything runs as planned. An event setup specialist, she manages order preparation and ensures our quality standards are followed to the letter, from start to finish. She's the one who orchestrates our entire logistics operation with rigour and precision.

  • With 15 years of experience in food service, Alex knows exactly what happens on the ground. He's managed teams in both kitchen and front-of-house, giving him a unique perspective for our HR. Today, he uses this expertise to develop our talent, focusing particularly on team organization and service quality during events. He's our key person for everything human.

  • Sarah is the pillar of our internal structure. She manages our entire administrative ecosystem, from organizing our processes to the smooth flow of daily operations. Her essential work ensures the proper functioning of day-to-day activities and guarantees that all administrative aspects of NS are organized and rigorous.

  • A true conductor, Ezechiel manages operations, bridging the essential gap between the office and the field. He coordinates events and personally ensures our teams (kitchen and service) have everything needed to guarantee a high quality standard. His rigour is a major asset that directly contributes to optimizing all our internal processes.
